Quiet hours Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. This is a private residential home located in a peaceful neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement with up to $350 fee per noise violation. We have the right to cancel your booking for multiple violations of this house-rule. If code enforcement is called or drives by, they can issue you a $1200 fine as well. 🎉Parties/Events This is NOT a party house; some events may be permitted with prior notice and approval. For the comfort and safety of all guests, the property is equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only (front porch or backyard). We kindly ask that all cigarette waste be disposed of responsibly in designated outdoor receptacles. 🐾 Pets Unauthorized animals are not allowed. A fine of $550 will apply if a pet is found on the property without prior approval. ⚠️ Damaged Items We understand accidents happen — just let us know right away.
